{"id":33030,"date":"2025-04-03T12:26:33","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T12:26:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pivaraskopje.com.mk\/youth-empowered\/"},"modified":"2026-03-03T15:44:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T15:44:14","slug":"youth-empowered","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pivaraskopje.com.mk\/en\/sustainable-development\/youth-empowered\/","title":{"rendered":"Youth Empowered"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Educational Platform of Pivara Skopje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Youth Empowered is an educational platform of Pivara Skopje, created to help young people develop their personal and professional skills and prepare for a successful start to their careers.<\/p>\n<p>Through the \u201cSkills for Success\u201d program, Pivara Skopje has so far delivered more than 160 free trainings, available to all young people who want to gain knowledge in the areas of entrepreneurship, communication, teamwork, leadership, project management, finance and business operations, effective negotiation and sales, as well as skills for organization and efficient time and resource management.<br \/>\nOver a period of 10 years, more than 10,686 young people have participated in the free trainings, of whom over 50% started their own business or found employment within one year after attending the training.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cSkills for Success\u201d program is just one segment of the activities of the Pivara Skopje Educational Centre, which has been operating since 1997.
