Organized by\u00a0Pivara Skopje<\/strong>, the official distributor of premium mixers\u00a0Three Cents<\/strong>, and in partnership with Casa Bar, a two-day event was held last week to mark Casa Bar\u2019s recognition as the first Three Cents\u00a0Paloma Embassy<\/strong>\u00a0in Macedonia, a significant step in the development of the local bar scene.<\/p>

Three Cents, a brand founded by bartenders in Athens, is known for its natural, highly carbonated drinks without preservatives, created to elevate the cocktail experience. Their Pink Grapefruit soda is a key element in the iconic Paloma cocktail, which has gained global popularity.<\/p>

Casa Bar, which has had the Paloma cocktail on its seasonal menu for two years, with recipes reflecting the bar\u2019s unique style, has now officially been recognized with this ambassador role for their contribution to the promotion of the cocktail.<\/p>

A Two-Day Celebration with an Educational Focus<\/strong><\/p>

During the two-day events, cocktail enthusiasts enjoyed the magic of\u00a0Alexandros Surbatis<\/strong>, the global brand ambassador of Three Cents, who, together with the Casa and Pivara Skopje team, offered a unique cocktail menu inspired by Paloma culture. The star of the evening was\u00a0\u201cThe One & True Paloma,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0a cocktail that perfectly represents the brand\u2019s philosophy.<\/p>

The following day, Casa hosted an\u00a0exclusive masterclass<\/strong>, organized by Pivara Skopje, aimed at professionals and enthusiasts. The session offered insights into contemporary mixology, the significance of carbonation, and the development of Three Cents from an idea to a global brand. Vasili Kalantis, co-founder of Three Cents, expressed pride in starting a new chapter in the country with Pivara Skopje.<\/p>
