Whether they want to find projects tailored to their individual development needs or a place to present their project if they need help from others,\u00a0<strong>OPM<\/strong>\u00a0is a really great platform for all of us to discover our potential, gain new experience and pursue career aspirations.<\/p><p><strong>Which project did you publish and why did you decide to use the Opportunity Marketplace platform?<\/strong><\/p><p>The Skills Development Department announced the Sales Academy project, it was the Academy launch project where for the first time we managed to implement all company standards and raise the learning and upgrading of all sales colleagues to a higher level. The project was a big challenge so we lacked human resources for full and timely implementation.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/polnacasa.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Opportunity-Marketplace-banner-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18050 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/polnacasa.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Opportunity-Marketplace-banner-1-300x27.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"27\" \/><\/a><\/p><p><strong>What are the advantages of the platform, and what is it that gives you the Opportunity Marketplace?<\/strong><\/p><p>This platform offers a lot of opportunities, and I would single out the key ones for me, because through this platform we transparently give everyone a chance to apply and take part in the published project. I also see a great opportunity to share cross-sectoral \/ international cooperation and gain knowledge. One of the biggest benefits for me was the role of project leader.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/polnacasa.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Opportunity-Marketplace-banner-Copy.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-18057 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/polnacasa.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Opportunity-Marketplace-banner-Copy-300x27.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"27\" \/><\/a><\/p><p><strong>Goce, what did you learn from this experience?<\/strong><\/p><p>For the umpteenth time we have proved that we are one big family that cares for each other, nurtures the basic company values, and after I published the second project on this great platform, 12 colleagues applied.
