The alliance aims to create an inclusive culture where both women and men are valued for their unique contributions to the work environment, which will create new ways, synergies and platforms to address critical issues affecting the development of women in the workplace.<\/p><p>On that occasion, Pivara Skopje and GEA jointly organized an informal meeting under the motto \u201cDrinks Have No Biases\u201d, which was attended by inspiring people from different spheres of our society. At this event, positive examples from the company were shared about the way it educates its people about the importance of breaking stereotypes and prejudices in society related to the workplace.<\/p><p>\u201cHere at Pivara Skopje, we strive to build partnerships and togetherness. Diversity in our teams helps us achieve our ambitions and business plans and overcome challenges more easily. It is our strong commitment that each of our employees feel fully supported by the organization and motivated to freely share their views and opinions. And when the teams are encouraged, open and balanced, then the decisions that are made are sustained and comprehensive, and this helps us to grow together and create new successes together. The fact that 50% of the management positions in our company are held by women is a testimony to our commitment to this field,\u201d said the General Director of Pivara Skopje, Goran Sladic.<\/p><p>\u201cCompanies should take a leading role in promoting gender equality in the workplace, as well as be an example for others in society.
