Pivara Skopje started producing a new beer – SKOPSKO IPL, the first of its kind on the Macedonian market. The latest SKOPSKO brand extension is an authentic craft beer that is used in the beer industry for beers with unique characteristics resulting from the use of quality ingredients in the production and the great skill and experience of the brewers.

“Guided by the needs and desires of our consumers, who are always at the center of our attention, as well as by the importance of SKOPSKO for the domestic beer industry, we have decided to make yet another significant investment in its development. We believe that this will give an additional impetus to the further development of the domestic beer market, which will certainly have a positive impact on the overall development of the Macedonian economy. In this way, Pivara Skopje reaffirms its determination and commitment to long-term sustainable development that will enable it to continue making a significant contribution to the prosperity of the entire community,” said the General Manager of Pivara Skopje Dan Timotin.

The new SKOPSKO IPL is a lager, refined with a strong aroma and a pleasant bitterness that add to its irresistible, rich and easily recognizable taste. The unique features of this aromatic beer are derived from the four types of hops, originating from three different continents, as well as the manual craft brewing process that takes two weeks longer than the usual technological process for beer production.

“In the production of SKOPSKO IPL we adhered to the more than 400-years-old recipe of British sailors, to which we added the most up-to-date world beer trends and of course our expertise, great passion and rich experience from all these years of producing the favorite beer of many generations – SKOPSKO. The unique production process we use, called ‘dry hopping’, and the different high-quality hops we use, give the new Skopsko beer a really rich taste and aroma that come to life after shaking the bottle lightly beforehand,” explains Nadica Nikoloska, Senior Brand Manager of Pivara Skopje.

With the launching of SKOPSKO IPL, as the latest innovation in craft beer making, Pivara Skopje complements the wide range of beers that already enjoys a cult status among consumers and additionaly strengthens its market leader position, which has been maintained for 95 years.

Distribution of the new SKOPSKO IPL produced at Pivara Skopje began and it is available to all beer lovers in the country in returnable glass bottles of 0.3 liters and tin cans with 0.5 liters of content, with a competitive price that matches the premium quality of this unique beer.
