Pivara Skopje is one step closer to our commitment for an sustainable future through the World Without Waste platform, in accordance with our Corporate sustainability goals for 2025 \u2013 to collect\u00a075%<\/strong>\u00a0of our packaging waste (PET packaging, cans, glass).<\/p>\n The first of the three\u00a0waste collection machines<\/strong>\u00a0on the territory of Skopje were promoted in\u00a0\u201cVero Jumbo\u201d shopping center<\/strong>, which will work with a special award system \u201cgreen points\u201d to anyone who landfills their waste in them. The remaining two machines are located in different locations, also in Vero markets chain.<\/p>\n This project is an example of an\u00a0long year partnership<\/strong>:\u00a0Industry, Government, Ministry of Environment,\u00a0<\/strong>Chambers,<\/strong>\u00a0Diplomatic core,\u00a0<\/strong>Faculties, NGOs<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 and\u00a0all standing, behind 1 common goal<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 \u201cWorld Without Waste\u201d.<\/p>\n Pivara Skopje in the role of a\u00a0co-founder and the biggest financial supporter of PAKOMAK<\/strong>, in the past 2 years, gave full support to this strategic project for us and plan is to\u00a0continue at an even stronger pace<\/strong>\u00a0in the next few years.<\/p>\n At the promotion of the first vending machine placed in Skopje, in the shopping center \u201cVero Jumbo\u201d besides our\u00a0General Manager Goran Sladic<\/strong>, our\u00a0National KA Manager Dusko Atanasovski<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 were also present the\u00a0Minister of Environment, Naser Nuredini<\/strong>, the\u00a0Dean of FEEIT Dimitar Tashkovski<\/strong>,\u00a0Ambassador of Switzerland Sibil Zutter<\/strong>,\u00a0Austrian Ambassador Georg Voutsas<\/strong>,\u00a0Director of Vero Supermarkets Petar Denkovski<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0representatives of other co-founding companies<\/strong>\u00a0of Pakomak.<\/p>\n
