Licence To Lead

Pivara Skopje continuously invests in the development of its sales force. The vision of being a 24/7 beverage partner means that we are always agile when it comes to new trends and the needs of our customers. This is one of the company’s most important strategic commitments, and to achieve it we ensure continuous growth and development of our sales force through a comprehensive Sales Academy.

One of the programs within the Academy is Licence2Lead (Licence to Lead), which is the highest license that Market Developers can obtain. By successfully completing this program, participants not only further strengthen their sales skills but also become experts in their field. Anyone who earns this one-year license has the opportunity to be part of the shortlist for further development through the Regional BD Development and Fast Forward 1 programs, which open new perspectives for career advancement.

In order to obtain the Licence to Lead, a Market Developer must demonstrate excellent performance month after month and expert knowledge of the field.
