Youth Empowered is an educational platform of Pivara Skopje, created to help young people develop their personal and professional skills and prepare for a successful start to their careers.

Through the “Skills for Success” program, Pivara Skopje has so far delivered more than 160 free trainings, available to all young people who want to gain knowledge in the areas of entrepreneurship, communication, teamwork, leadership, project management, finance and business operations, effective negotiation and sales, as well as skills for organization and efficient time and resource management.
Over a period of 10 years, more than 10,686 young people have participated in the free trainings, of whom over 50% started their own business or found employment within one year after attending the training.

The “Skills for Success” program is just one segment of the activities of the Pivara Skopje Educational Centre, which has been operating since 1997. For its achieved results in the field of business education and its social contribution, the Pivara Skopje Educational Centre has received several recognitions, including the “National Award for Socially Responsible Practices” in the category “Investment in the Community.”
The Centre is a member of the European Council for Business Education, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Through practical steps, interactive discussions, and reflection on life skills and business leadership skills, the “Youth Empowered” training is designed to encourage extra effort for better results in job searching, openness to learning, new experiences, and passion for achieving outstanding results.

What is the goal of this training?

The goal of the training is to foster participants’ self-confidence, self-esteem, and the establishment of connections with relevant mentors. Through this programme, we encourage employability and an entrepreneurial culture, motivating young people to take their future into their own hands.

How long does the training last?

The training will take place at Pivara Skopje’s Education Center on December 10, 11, and 12, 2025, from 17:00 to 20:00, and it will also be available online via Zoom. You will receive the access link at the email address you used to register.

Who delivers the training?

The training is delivered by our partner Motiva DOO Skopje, a highly professional and competent company in the field of business education.
