This is one of the company’s key strategic commitments, and achieving it requires continuous growth and development of our sales force through the comprehensive Sales Academy.
One of the programs within the Academy is Licence2Lead (Licence to Lead), which represents the highest level of certification that market developers can obtain. By successfully completing this program, participants not only further strengthen their sales skills, but also become experts in their field. Anyone who earns this one-year licence gains the opportunity to be part of the narrow selection for further development through the Regional BD Development and Fast Forward 1 programs, which open new perspectives for career advancement.
In order for a market developer to obtain the Licence to Lead, they must demonstrate outstanding performance month after month, as well as expert knowledge of the subject matter. Below, we introduce four market developers who received this licence this year and who shared their experience, expectations, and the additional skills they developed during the program:
Dragan Bajdovski
As a participant in this program, I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of personal development. Throughout this journey, we strengthened our self-confidence, sharpened our communication skills, and gained concrete tools that help us in our daily work. What particularly impressed me was our corporate value “We before I” – the idea that we always act as one team. We share a common goal and work together to develop our skills with one ultimate objective: increased trust from our customers.
This experience was not only an upgrade of our professional capabilities, but also a catalyst for personal transformation. With great gratitude and motivation, I am completing this program, which fully met my expectations. I wanted to upgrade my knowledge and be better prepared for the challenges in the field, all with the goal of creating shared wins with our customers. The Academy helped me achieve exactly that it provided not only professional development, but also concrete skills that are already reflected in my everyday work.
I would particularly highlight the development of my negotiation skills and the self-confidence that comes from having support, knowledge, and clear direction. Each module represented a step forward in my personal and professional transformation.

As a market developer and now a team leader, I can confidently say that my expectations from the Academy were fully met. Through the program, I acquired skills that I previously lacked and that helped me become more confident and effective in my daily work. The Microlearning sessions were particularly useful, allowing me to further develop and deepen the skills I already had, but now at a higher level. Trainings related to selling new SKUs helped me achieve the set targets very quickly and demonstrate tangible results in the field.
However, the greatest benefit of all was the opportunity to share the acquired knowledge with my team members. I can say that my expectations from this program were fully met, as it helped me understand which aspects we need to focus on, where we should work on ourselves, and how to continuously improve. The program not only provided clear direction, but also enabled concrete progress in my negotiation skills thanks to the thorough mastery of the material.
Additionally, I refined my sales skills, enabling me to tell our sales story in a way that is both convincing and supported by relevant data. This contributes to greater trust from our customers and provides real confirmation that our portfolio is the best on the market.
