The Business Developer role lies at the core of Pivara Skopje AD, encompassing communication, teamwork, inter-departmental collaboration, challenges, and daily project work that reflect your direct contribution to the company’s success.
At Pivara Skopje, Business Developers are divided into three distinct segments, each dedicated to field sales in specific channels: “Out of Home” sales covering hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafes; “Key Accounts” – oriented sales covering large market chains; and fragmented trade outlets – oriented sales.
Our sales team comprises over 70 Business Developers, a group of young, ambitious, and dedicated individuals with strong sales and negotiation skills. They are driven by a desire for career growth and commitment to achieving outstanding results.
Every sales team is composed of Business Developers with a dedicated team leader providing daily support to overcome challenges and foster top results through teamwork, mutual support, and unwavering commitment.

A primary responsibility of our Business Developers is to ensure the availability and visibility of products in our portfolio. They are also tasked with organizing promotional activities in customer outlets targeted at end buyers.
At Pivara Skopje, every Business Developer becomes a part of our Sales Academy on their very first day, where they receive licensed training for growth and development. This initiative equips our colleagues with fresh knowledge and skills, empowering them to achieve successful results.

The financial compensation for Business Developers is structured with both a fixed and variable component, comprising a guaranteed base salary along with additional variable compensation based on monthly achievement of targets.
