Made with 100% natural color and flavor, Martini Fiero is a refreshing low-alcohol drink flavored with hand-cut sweet Spanish oranges from Murcia, Spain. Each orange peel is carefully sliced into long strips and laid out on linen threads to dry naturally under the Spanish sun. This artisanal method is labor-intensive and yields small quantities, but it allows us to preserve most of the essential oils contained in the peel.
