Highland Park is a single malt whisky from the far north of Scotland, from the Orkney Islands. One of the oldest distilleries, Highland Park has preserved its traditional production methods since 1789. One of the defining characteristics of this highly regarded and award-winning whisky is its smoky aroma, derived from drying the malted barley over peat rich in meadow-flower aromas. It is matured in European and American oak casks that previously held sherry.
